If you do not live near our medical offices in San Francisco or Los Angeles, you can Register with PRS via email, fax, and mail and conduct your required introductory consultation over the phone. Your own doctor can perform the physical exam and lab tests, and report the results to us on our Medical Certification Form. Arrangements will be made to ship semen to your home or doctor's office.
