If you live outside of the San Francisco or Los Angeles area, you can Register with PRS via email, fax, and mail and conduct your introductory consultation over the phone. Your own doctor can perform the physical exam and lab tests, and report the results to us on our Medical Certification Form. Arrangements will be made to ship semen to your home or doctor's office.
